Linda Dianne Kiener

Linda Dianne Kiener, 53, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021 at the Watauga Medical Center, Boone, NC. Linda was born on April 5, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Linda Dianne Peterson Kiener was a wife, mother, daughter, and friend. She was a lot more than those titles though. She was a Chef, and a foodie, a dancer, a reader and a pillar of strength when you needed someone to lean on. She was the person that anyone could talk to. She was outspoken and an advocate for the things she believed in, and she believed in a lot of things; people mostly, but she made people think about how they can do better and be better and that was the kind of woman she was. We are going to miss her for the rest of our lives, but we believe that she has led a life full of love and what more can you ask for out of this life?

Private burial services will take place in the Gardens of Renewal at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a future date and the details will be announced when finalized.

Mrs. Kiener is survived by her husband of 25 years Alexander Kiener; children, Jordan Dianne Kiener, Darian Alexander Kiener and Jacob Daniel Kiener all of Wake Forest; mother, Judy Madison Peterson of Union City, CA; brother, James Michael Peterson of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; extended family and special friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John Roland Peterson.
