Sean Gregory Carroll

Sean Gregory Carroll, age 51 a long-time resident of Raleigh North Carolina went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday evening April 28, 2021. Sean was born in Monmouth County, New Jersey on July 31, 1969 and grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey. After graduating from Oak Ridge Military Academy in Oak Ridge, North Carolina Sean attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he studied horticultural science. Sean was the owner/operator of North Raleigh Lawn Care.

He attended Richland Creek Community Church, loves the Lord and loves the Word of God—being especially fond of the Book of Romans. Sean is a beloved son, a wonderful big brother, a beloved nephew and cousin as well as a dear friend to many. He was deeply loved and liked by all who knew him. Sean genuinely cared for others, had a big smile and a big heart, was an encourager and touched countless lives. Sean will be deeply missed and never forgotten.   

A celebration of Sean’s life will be held on Saturday, May 8 at 2 PM.  The memorial service will be held at Richland Creek Community Church 3229 Burlington Mills Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587. Please come 15 minutes early, park on the right side of the church and enter through the side doors and continue to Fellowship Hall. Volunteers will be helping guide attendees.  The memorial service will also be web-streamed via Zoom. Sean is survived by his mother Diane Marie Carroll of Raleigh, NC; father Francis Gregory Carroll of Wyckoff, NJ; brother Jamison Shane Carroll of Raleigh, NC and Costa Rica; Aunts: Bobbie Malanga of Easton, PA; Patricia (Trish) Meehan of Jersey City, NJ; Toni Anne Martin of Flemington, NJ; Lois (Anni) McCarthy of Anchorage, AK; Jan McBride of Vashon, Washington; Marcia Perro Millstone NJ;  Great-Aunt: Madeline Heeney of Piscataway, NJ; Cousins: Teresa Guenther of Rockaway, NJ; Annette Santos of Coppell, TX; Jeffrey Martin of Charleston, SC; Ian McCarthy Anchorage, Alaska; Daisy Shannon of Vashon Washington; Ethan  Perro of Sandia Park, New Mexico; Justin Perro of Springville, Utah as well as extended family and a lifetime of beautiful and cherished friends.
