Obituary
Bryant Thomas Foust, 79, of Raleigh, passed away Tuesday evening, February 22, 2022 at Cadence Senior Living, Raleigh. He was born in Alamance County on October 25, 1942 to the late Odie & Stella Tickle Foust.
Bryant worked for many years with the state of NC in the Dept of Natural Resources in Air Quality and later with the City of Raleigh in Wastewater Treatment, of which he retired.
Bryant loved to swim, fish and be on the water; no matter if it was in a boat on a lake or wading into the ocean to cast his bait. He was a huge UNC Tarheel Fan! When his children were growing up, he spent all his free time devoted to them. Bryant was the best father anyone could ask for. Whether it was fishing, camping, scouts, school activities, Bryant was there for his children. He will be missed dearly by his children most of all.
A private service will be held on the coast of North Carolina at a later date.
Mr. Foust is survived by his children, Angela Dawn Milani & husband Bill of Newport, Kelly Foust & wife Michelle of Wake Forest, and Brian Anthony Carter Foust of Hiddenite, and former wife, Carolyn Carter Foust of Cape Carteret; siblings, Shelby Jean Terrell of Kernersville, Adrian Theodore Foust & wife Carol of Winston-Salem and Don Maurice Foust & wife Florence of Durham; many nieces, nephews and extended family.
