She married and moved to Roanoke, Virginia and after her divorce moved back to her beloved North Carolina. Sally loved her flowers and had a flair for many different types of crafts. She touched many lives and was always ready to make a new friend or comfort those in need. She was quick with a smile and a helping hand. She loved her hymns and still remembered many of the words to those hymns that meant so much to her. Sally was a long-term member of Longview Baptist Church. The family expresses deep appreciation for the love and care she received from the staff of Life Care Center of Charleston in the last two years of her life. She was deeply loved and will be missed by many.
