Joseph Gwyn "Joe" Windsor

Joseph Gwyn “Joe” Windsor, 85, of Youngsville, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Clinton, Maryland to the late Robert Windsor and Nettie Berry Windsor. Mr. Windsor was retired from Prince George’s County Government after 30 years of service.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock, Tuesday morning, September 1, 2020 at Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Windsor is survived by his children, Debbie Wells, Mary Sue Meadows, Frances Ann Smith, Ed Meadows and Terry Irvin; grandchildren, Merrill Wells, III, Christina Perdue, Teddy Smith, Samantha Howard, Brittany Wells, Amanda Smith, Mark Smith, Jordan Fronck, Cameron Fronck, Ann Irvin, Dallas Meadows and Savannah Bowen; great-grandchildren Melanie Dawson, Shawn Dawson,  Mason Wells, Lacie Sweet, Everleigh Wells, Jacoby Smith, Braxton Smith, Gavin Wells, Chase Dawson and Asher Mascetti. He was preceded in death by his wife Pearl Frances Huston and his daughter, Connie Howard.
