Obituary
Leonard George Cristinziano, 84, of Wake Forest, NC, formerly of Franklinville, NJ, passed away on July 11, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Philadelphia to Carmela Pippito and Leonard Samuel Cristinziano. Leonard was a respected husband, father, grandfather, and uncle. He will be greatly missed.
Leonard, known as "Lenny," is survived by his son, Michael Cristinziano, and his son’s wife, Mary Beth, of Wake Forest; grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicholas, and Justin Cristinziano; and his sister, Mary Jane. He was preceded in death by his infant son, Robert, and his wife, Mary Ann.
Lenny was a master carpenter and cabinet maker, but his life revolved around his family and his favorite outdoor activities. He spent most of his adult life living on L&M Farm in New Jersey with his loving wife Mary Ann. His love of animals led him to care for countless horses, dogs, cats, and other animals over the years. Always a free spirit, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle almost as much as riding his horses.
A celebration of Lenny's life was held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Villari's, 2375 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA of Wake County, www.SPCAWAKE.org.
