Margaret Ann Galiyas, 89, of Raleigh, passed away peacefully Saturday evening, October 31, 2020 at her home. She was born in Homestead, Pennsylvania to the late John Popik and Anna Hanustak on November 15, 1930.
Margie was a longtime member of St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Parish in her home of Pittsburgh, PA. In her later years, Margie moved from Pittsburgh to Raleigh to live with her family where relaxing on her back patio and enjoying nature with her "grand-cats" became one of her favorite pastimes.
Private services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania.
