Richard Emil “Ricky” Voigt, III, 33, of Apex, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020. He was born in Manhasset, New York on June 10, 1986.

He loved going to the gym, being out on the water, skiing, and spending time with family and friends. Ricky had a big heart and was loved by all.

Being sensitive to the spread of COVID-19 a service will be held at a later date at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hicksville, NY. You are invited to leave an online condolence to let the family know you are thinking of them during this time.

Ricky is survived by his parents, Rick and Barbara Voigt; brother, Bobby Voigt of Merrimack, NH; his beloved dog, Meela; aunts & uncles, Yvonne Dobler of Minnesota, Gary & Fran Voigt of Florida, Patty Voigt of New York, and Edward Voigt of Florida; many cousins and extended family.
