Robert Lee Rogers, Jr., 83, of Raleigh, passed away Monday morning, December 6, 2021 at his home. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Robert Lee Rogers, Sr. and Minnie Tucker Rogers. Mr. Rogers was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman after 38 years of service.
Bob had many interests that included golfing, boating, cards and bowling. Bob spent many hours with his loving wife Priscilla on the Jolly Roger at White Rocks Marina in Pasadena, MD. There, they spent time with friends boating or just sitting on the dock eating crabs. Bob was always up for a round of golf or a card game. Bob & Priscilla spent many evenings with friends in competitive Pinochle. Bob also loved his Mustangs. Over the years, Bob enjoyed repairing and driving them. From his time in Maryland to his many years in Florida, Bob enjoyed all these activities and always had a story to share.

Mr. Rogers is survived by his wife of 43 years, Priscilla Crumbacker Rogers; children, Laura Beth Waskey of Abilene, KS and Nevin Drew Waskey of Raleigh; grandchildren, Tucker Goforth Waskey and Britt Harding Waskey both of Raleigh and a nephew, Charles Cockrill of Odenton, MD. He was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Carey; niece, Deborah Cockrill and a nephew, Gary Cockrill.
