Sue Hinton Mitchell

Sue Hinton Mitchell, 68, of Youngsville, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 7, 2023 at Rex Hospital.  She was born in Mecklenburg County and was a retired school bus driver with Wake County Public Schools. She was a loving wife, stepmother and friend to many. Her presence will be greatly missed.
 
A memorial service was held at 11 o’clock, Friday morning, January 13, 2023 at Beulah Christian Baptist Church, 8225 Mitchell Mill Road, Zebulon, NC 27587.
 
Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her husband of 14 years, Barry Mitchell; stepdaughter, Hannah Mitchell of Raleigh; half-sister, Veronica Lynn Earp of Raleigh; half-brother, Russ Spivey of Goldsboro; mother-in-law who was a like a second mother, Eunice Wagoner of Zebulon; sisters-in-law, Sharon Ray of Pilot, Teresa Pearce of Pearces and Joyce Ray of Hopkins; many friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her mother Rebecca Hinton.
