Vincent Joseph Maggio, 93, of Wake Forest, passed away, Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at his home. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Vincent Joseph Maggio and Natalie Vuotto Maggio. Mr. Maggio was a proud veteran having enlisted twice in the Navy.
Throughout Vince’s life, he showed much courage over adversity. “Never take the easy path. Hard work and you should be rewarded”. He will be deeply missed by his friends and family.
Mr. Maggio will be buried in the Glenwood Cemetery, Glenwood, NJ next to his late wife, Dorothy Seckler Maggio.
Mr. Maggio is survived by his children, Vincent Maggio(Erin) of Pittsburgh, PA, Maureen Battaglia(Timothy) of Wake Forest, Patricia Maggio(Matthew Trojanowski) of Wake Forest and Thomas Maggio(Patricia Dobson of Highland Lake, NJ; grandchildren, John Vincent Maggio(Kaitlin) of Pittsburgh, PA, Jessica Battaglia of Baltimore, MD, Nicole Trojanowski of Wake Forest and Dean Trojanowski of Wake Forest; great-grandchildren, Harrison Vincent Maggio and Quinn Maggio.
