Mrs. Betty was such a wonderful woman. She was strong, loving, caring and she fought a great fight. She and Jim loved our children and they loved them. She was an incredible cook and touched so many lives through her kitchen. Just imagine the homecoming she and Jim are sharing. May God wrap his arms around you through this difficult time. Miss Betty was a wonderful person to be around. Always laughing and smiling. She never complained about anything. She was always concerned about others. The best cook in the world. She talked about Jim when we were together. She missed him very much,the light of her life. I will miss her very much. My children always called her Aunt Betty, she loved it and showed it in her smile and laugh. I will miss her so much but I know she isn't hurting anymore and she's in the arms of her Lord and Savior now and reunited with her beloved husband and family. Prayers to all her family.

Aunt Betty was a feisty, strong, hard working, loyal woman who always had a positive word of advice to share with me as a mom, and a warm meal to share when you were sick. She never complained of her pain but wanted to hear about our lives and what we had going on health wise. She will be missed and thought of, especially on days when strength is what we need most.
