I was stationed with Hank at 2/2 Med Float & 1/9 Camp Schwab. The stories we had....
Hank was always laid back with a cigarette hanging out the side of his mouth. Last time we met was around '93 when he was Ops Chief.
Semper Fi Hank!

To the entire Kegley Family, I wanted to express my deepest condolences on Hank's passing. I worked with Hank for several years and he had a one of a kind sense of humor that kept everyone laughing. He was a truly special person who I know will be missed by so many and I was so lucky and privileged to call him my friend. I will miss him very much, but I am so thankful for the memories I have of him. Much love and sympathy to you all.

Offering my sincerest condolences to my Kegley cousins and to Kris. Harry was a big part of my life growing up; he even taught me to drive! I have so many fond memories of his incredible sense of humor. I'm so sorry that he's left us so soon and that I will not have a chance to see that smile again.

For the short time, I was privileged to work with Hank, I learned a lot from his leadership style.
He was a dynamic leader. He would take a punch on behalf of his team mates. In a nutshell, he was a good captain.
His great team-building spirit will forever be cheerised.
He was jovial and full of optimism.
Even in very tough circumstances, one would still hear Hank crack some jokes and create some humor to bring a smile, to the faces of the people around him.
As Mark Twain would put it, "Humor is mankind's greatest blessing." I believe Hank understood that more than anyone else.
Rest in peace Hank!
Adieu!
May the Lord grant your family the grace to live through this challenging moments as you will be greatly missed.

Words cannot begin to express my deepest sympathy to the family of this funny, serious, humorous, business like and kind man. We worked on the same project at EDS, then lost touch when he changed to a different project. We reconnected when he rescued me with an offer of a position on his last project. He was always there when I needed advice or direction. I will miss him and proud to say that I would have signed up to be on his team.
May God continue to bless and comfort you through this sad time and beyond.

My heart goes out to all the family and friends of Hank. I had the pleasure of serving under him for 3 years prior to his retirement. He is a Great Marine, he was a great leader, he was truly a remarkable man. His guidance and wisdom was a large reason why I completed my 20 years as a Marine. My sincere sympathies are sent to all his family and close friends. Top is missed, but he will never be forgotten.

I served under Hank for 3 years. He is a GREAT MARINE and an even Greater Man his leadership, guidance, wisdom, and discipline when needed is one of the strong factors that pushed me to do a full 20 years. When talking to colleagues, Hank always points to the work relationship that brought us together 17 years ago in Charlotte, NC adding that "Omer knows me, we go way back".. And I have known him, not only as college and a manager but also as a friend. Hank was an energy of humor and love and knows how to motivate people. I will surely miss him. May God rest his soul in eternal peace and love. My condolences to all family members, friends, and colleagues on the great loss.

It's very hard to look at this page and not be sad. Hank was a great guy, a good friend, a good father and a good husband. He fought a very long fight with cancer and never gave up but it finely caught up with him. We will miss him so much. Rest in peace my brother.!!!!!!! Semper Fi !!!!

There are few people in the world who could have managed hundreds of complex projects and people like Hank; and there are even fewer who would have kept their cool and sense of humor as he did. We will miss him because he was the rock supporting our collective success and MOSTLY because he made us laugh =). Thank you, Hank for being our guide, friend, and confidant ... Thank you for everything! God Bless You, Your Family and Godspeed to All!

What a blessing to know such a wonderful guy. I worked with Hank for many years. He always spoke so fondly of his family and kept us all laughing with that twisted sense of humor - which I miss! Hank was an example to me and many with how he bravely battled his cancers over the years and sought to provide awareness to others. You fought the good fight my friend! Rest in peace.
